The Victorinox Zena Julienne Cutter is a lightweight, serrated peeler with which you can quickly cut fruit and vegetables into nice julienne strips. A julienne peeler is an indispensable kitchen tool if you like to garnish your dishes. Thin strips of vegetables are tastier to eat raw than larger slices and thin strips of fruit are the perfect topping for a salad or dessert.

Product Details

The peeler is enhanced with a serrated, stainless steel blade. The blade turns with the curve of the fruit or vegetable for the thinnest possible result. The side of the peeler is enhanced with a small protrusion to remove the 'eyes' of a potato.The stainless steel handle ensures this peeler is strong, lightweight and more sustainable than a peeler enhanced with a plastic handle. The two cut-outs in the handle ensure that your thumb and index finger have a lot of grip without you having to squeeze hard. Great if you need to peel a large amount of potatoes. Despite the fact that the peeler is made from stainless steel, we don't recommend cleaning it in the dishwasher. This could damage the product. It is best to clean the peeler by rinsing it off and brushing it under a hot tap.
