Miyabi 5000FCD Shotoh

5000FCD Shotoh is a precision small knife for peeling, trimming, coring and small ingredients. The 13 cm 5000FCD Shotoh is the precision member of the series: hard FC61 steel and Honbazuke finishing in a compact utility format. It rewards a lighter touch and proper care; in return, the edge feel and finish are a real step beyond a conventional Western workhorse.
