DELIVERY

Bank Holiday Delivery: No deliveries will be made during a bank holiday period. To ensure timely delivery, please place orders by the preceding Tuesday. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out.

Standard Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery (UK Mainland): Free for orders over £50. Orders under £50 incur a £5.99 fee.
  • Next Day Delivery: Available only if all items in the order qualify. Orders must be placed by 3 PM Monday–Thursday or by 1 PM Friday for Monday delivery.
    • Orders under £50: £6.95
    • Orders over £50: £4.95
  • Weekend Delivery: Available for Next Day Delivery items only. All items in the order must be Next Day eligible.
  • Non-Mainland UK & Remote Areas:
    • Jersey & Guernsey: £20.00 per order
    • Isle of Man: £12.50 per order
    • Northern Ireland: £12.50 per order
    • Certain Scottish Highlands & Islands: Dispatched on a 48/72-hour service (refer to postcode list for details)

Dispatch Times

Our aim is to dispatch all in-stock orders within three working days if placed before 1:00 PM Monday to Friday. During peak times, dispatch may take longer. For more information, contact our team at hello@knives.co.uk.

The Process

Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email confirming dispatch. Our courier will contact you via email and SMS (if a mobile number is provided) to share your tracking number and delivery details. If there’s no response during delivery attempts, a card will be left for rearrangement. After two failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to knives.co.uk.

Age Verification on Delivery

Bladed products are strictly for sale to individuals aged 18 and over. A signature is required upon delivery.

Deliveries of age-restricted items will only be made to the address specified on the shipping label, including commercial building receptions. A signature is required upon receipt. We implement a 'Challenge 25' policy, meaning that if the recipient appears under 25, they must provide valid photo identification (passport, driver’s license, or a Citizen’s card) to confirm they are over 18. If an eligible adult is unavailable or fails to provide valid identification, the delivery will be returned, and re-delivery will be attempted the next day. Delivery to neighbors or nominated safe places is not available for age-restricted items.

Security and Liability

Our courier ensures that all deliveries require a signature. Once signed for, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend ensuring that billing details match your card statement and providing accurate contact details for smooth processing. Standard fraud prevention and age verification checks apply.

No deliveries occur on Bank Holidays or between Christmas and New Year.

RETURNS

You may return any purchased item within 30 days for a full refund, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and fit for resale. Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Items not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Email hello@knives.co.uk with your order number to initiate a return.
  2. You will receive a returns form and instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and send it to the provided returns address.

Important:

  • Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use recorded delivery, as knives.co.uk does not assume liability for lost or non-recoverable carriage.
  • Do not send items to our office address, as this may delay processing.
