Wüsthof Classic Asian Utility Knife

Classic Asian Utility Knife is a in-between utility knife for sandwiches, fruit, smaller vegetables and quick board jobs. Classic is precision-forged in Solingen to 58 HRC, with the familiar full-tang, riveted construction that defines a traditional German knife. It suits cooks who prefer the familiar security of a Western handle and a more planted feel over the ultra-light Japanese alternatives.
