Kai Shun Classic Utility Knife

Classic Utility Knife is a in-between utility knife for sandwiches, fruit, smaller vegetables and quick board jobs. Shun brings a noticeably more refined Japanese feel: hard VG-MAX steel, layered Damascus construction and an edge that rewards accurate, light cutting. It rewards a lighter touch and proper care; in return, the edge feel and finish are a real step beyond a conventional Western workhorse.
