Global GS-38 Paring Knife

GS-38 Paring Knife is a precision small knife for peeling, trimming, coring and small ingredients. At 9 cm, the GS-38 shrinks GLOBAL’s stainless, balanced format into a genuine close-control paring knife. The compact 9 cm blade keeps the tip close to the hand, which is exactly what you want for peeling and intricate trimming. Choose it for agility and a slim all-metal grip; choose a WÜSTHOF or Zwilling instead if you actively want more heft and a fuller handle.
