The perfect paring knife for all your culinary needs, the MAC Superior Series 4" Paring Knife sets the bar with its thin, razor-sharp blade made of extra-hard high-carbon Molybdenum Vanadium alloy. The sub-zero tempered stainless steel blade is rust and stain-resistant and features a sand-blasted strip along the edge to reduce drag when slicing. Large, comfortable Pakkawood handles elevate this knife for easy clearance while being made in Japan with a 25-year warranty. This knife also features a 15° blade angle and 59-61 Rockwell hardness.
