Kai Shun Premier Santoku

Premier Santoku is a compact all-rounder for vegetables, fish and boneless meat. Shun brings a noticeably more refined Japanese feel: hard VG-MAX steel, layered Damascus construction and an edge that rewards accurate, light cutting. At 18 cm, it keeps the santoku format compact while still giving useful board coverage.
