ZWILLING’s 26 cm diamond sharpening steel gives a familiar rod format more bite by coating the oval shaft with diamond abrasive. It removes a small amount of steel as the knife passes over it, making it more corrective than a conventional honing steel while remaining quick enough for routine kitchen use. The oval profile also gives a broader contact area than a thin round rod.
