Quality knives are a kitchen essential, so we're proud to offer our Zwilling Gourmet 2 Piece Knife Set. The V-Edge is a two stage process which finishes in a fine symmetrical edge with the knife angle around 15 degrees per side. The SIGMAFORGE® knife has a one-piece precision forged blade for exceptional durability of the cutting edge and corrosion resistance. The FRIODUR® ice-hardened blade is riveted to an ergonomic synthetic handle with no bolster for fatigue-free and safe working. The set includes 1 paring knife (10cm) and 1 Santoku knife (18cm).

To keep this knife set in the best shape possible, wash carefully with warm water and a light detergent. Although they're dishwasher safe, it's always recommended to handwash where possible to maintain the quality of the knives for longer.
