Apex 18” x 12” x 15mm blue dowel

Apex 18” x 12” x 15mm blue dowel is part of the cutting system, not an afterthought. A stable, appropriately sized board gives a sharp knife room to work while protecting the edge from the damage caused by glass, stone and other very hard surfaces. Size, stability, cleaning and storage should drive the choice more than matching the knife logo.
