Product Details

Chef'sChoice ? Diamond Hone? Sharpener has one job in the knife-care ladder, and the PDP should make that job explicit. Some tools realign, some abrade, some restore a bevel and some only polish the final apex; treating them all as “sharpeners” is how customers damage knives or buy the wrong accessory. This product stays in the range because it fills a defined maintenance step.
