Kai Shun Premier Knife Set - 15cm Utility Knife and 20cm Chef’s Knife

The Shun Premier set is deliberately only two knives, because they are the two that can carry most of a kitchen. A wooden presentation case holds a 15cm utility knife and a 20cm chef’s knife.

Both are handmade with VG-MAX cores, 32 layers of Damascus cladding, hammered surfaces and 61 ±1 HRC hardness. It is a premium gift or upgrade set built around quality and daily use rather than piece count.
