This Victorinox oval sharpening steel is diamond-coated to put useful bite back into plain edges quickly. The oval shaft gives a generous contact surface, and the diamond coating makes it more abrasive than a standard honing steel.

Victorinox rates the 23cm steel for knives up to 23cm and up to 65 HRC, so it works across both workhorse and harder kitchen blades. Choose the 23cm or 26cm length to suit the longest knife in your block. Swiss made.
