Zwilling Large Bamboo Cutting Board

The 42 x 31cm Zwilling bamboo board is the generous prep surface in the range. It is 4cm thick and weighs about 3.31kg, so it stays planted while giving large knives and bigger ingredients room to work.

The oiled bamboo surface is reversible, with a juice groove around the edge of one face. Zwilling recommends hand cleaning, drying and occasional oiling.
